I am Internationally published in the art of
Carving Fruits and Vegetables, the name of the book is GREAT GARNISHES
which is done in 3 languages. I also have 3 video tapes on that subject.
TV is another one of my mediums. My husband and I have had a 9 year
running show, COOKING WITH THE CAREY'S. I also have written 6
cookbooks.
At present my medium is mostly acrylic and water color and involved with
many subjects from flowers, animals, clowns and scenery. The proceeds
from the clown paintings is donated to the Shrine Hospital Burn Center.
In the summer my work is displayed in my gallery located in our boutique
seaside resort and also in many shows and special events.
