Kathy began her art training with porcelain painting when she lived in Pennsylvania. After moving to Florida in 1985, she expanded her journey into art with watercolors, oil, colored pencil, oil pastel, and glass enamel. She has studied at The Dunedin Fine Art Center and with Mark Menendez, Mary Henderson, Shirley Drenth and Joe Spencer.
Her current focus is on Plein air oil painting and designing one of a kind jewelry pieces with hand painted porcelain and her own torch fired glass enamel beads.
