Barbara Schultz began her education at Syracuse University and Leeward College, HI.  She began her journey into glass art at the John Campbell School in Brasstown, NC with Katherine Norell.  Kaleidoscopes were her first love.  Further classes at John Campbell in enameling and glass lamp work at the William Holland School, as well as fusing with Newy Fagan at the Art Glass House in Cocoa, FL and art classes at St. Petersburg College guided her on her way.

For the past twelve years, she has been displaying her work at various art shows in western North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.  She received the Best in Show at Arts in the Park in Blue Ridge, GA.

She belonged to the Mountain Regional Arts and Crafts Guild for many years and currently belongs to the Creative Artist Guild.  Her work has been displayed twice at the Largo Library and currently may be found at Everything Under the Moon, 514 1st Ave SW, Largo, FL.

Her newest endeavor is delving into abstract glass art using some fusing mixed with traditional lead solder.
